Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Unitrack application ("the App") operated by Unitrack ("we", "us", or "our").

By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you may not access the App.

1. Beta Service

Unitrack is currently in beta testing. This means:

• The App may contain bugs or errors
• Features may change, be added, or removed without notice
• We may experience downtime or data issues
• The App is provided "as is" during this period

We appreciate your patience and feedback as we improve the product.

2. Not Medical Advice

Unitrack does not provide medical advice. The workout recommendations, cycle-phase guidance, and training suggestions in the App are for informational and fitness planning purposes only.

You should:

• Consult a qualified healthcare provider before starting any new exercise program
• Consult your doctor if you have any health conditions that may affect your ability to exercise
• Use your own judgment about what is appropriate for your body

We are not responsible for any injury or health issue that may result from following recommendations in the App.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password
• You must be at least 16 years old to use the App
• You may not share your account with others
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App or its servers
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the App
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the App
• Use the App to transmit any harmful, offensive, or disruptive content

5. Your Data

You retain ownership of the data you enter into the App (training logs, workout protocols, etc.). By using the App, you grant us a limited license to store and process your data to provide the service. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your data.

6. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Unitrack and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App without our written permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Unitrack shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, personal injury, or property damage arising from your use of the App.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
